Norwich Jubilee Park
Jubilee Park is a new downtown public space
which will transform long-derelict empty lots adjacent to Castle Church
into a new, attractive, publicly accessible open
space. The park will feature public art that reflects the diverse values and
histories of the city and flexible design elements that will allow for a range
of public events, gatherings, festivals, and other programming.
